# AI notetakers for Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and Webex

Circleback joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex with a bot, records without a bot on macOS and Windows, and records in person on mobile and Apple Watch, with speaker labels on every method (as of October 2026). Fireflies.ai, Fathom, Granola, Otter.ai and tl;dv all cover at least some of this. This post compares what each one lists on its own pricing and help pages, and marks a cell "not listed" when the source says nothing.

## Comparison table (as of October 2026)

| Tool | Zoom | Google Meet | Teams | Webex | Bot-free option | In-person / mobile |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Circleback | Yes (bot) | Yes (bot) | Yes (bot) | Yes (bot) | macOS and Windows | Mobile (audio) and Apple Watch |
| Fireflies.ai | Listed | Listed | Listed | Not listed (page says "10+") | Chrome extension, desktop app | iOS and Android apps |
| Fathom | Listed | Listed | Listed | Not listed | New bot-free experience, Mac only | iOS app |
| Granola | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed | Bot-free device-audio capture | iOS, Android and Apple Watch apps |
| Otter.ai | Listed | Listed | Listed | Not listed | Not listed | iOS and Android apps |
| tl;dv | Listed | Listed | Listed | Not listed | Not listed | Not listed |

"Listed" means the vendor names the platform in the sources we checked. "Not listed" does not mean unsupported. It means the source is silent.

## Circleback

Circleback names four platforms for its bot: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex. Without a bot, it records on macOS and Windows desktops. In person, it records audio from a mobile device or an Apple Watch, and it imports audio and video files. Slack huddles are covered too, but they require Business or higher access.

Speaker labels (diarization) stay on with every recording method, including bot-free. It transcribes in over 100 languages. It detects the spoken language automatically and lets you pick the language of the AI meeting outcomes.

Best for: people who want one tool across all four named platforms and all three capture styles.

Pricing: Free covers unlimited meetings and members, with limited automations, 30-day history (older meetings locked, not deleted) and API, MCP and CLI access. Pro is $15 per user per month billed annually ($18 monthly). Business is $25 annually ($29 monthly). Enterprise is $35 annually.

## Fireflies.ai

Fireflies.ai's pricing page lists "Record Zoom, Gmeet, MS teams, 10+" and describes a Chrome extension that records without the bot, a desktop app and iOS and Android apps. The page does not name Webex.

Best for: teams that need the widest platform list and several ways to capture a meeting.

Pricing: Free; Pro $10 annual ($18 monthly); Business $19 ($29); Enterprise $39, annual only. Fireflies.ai Pro costs less than Circleback Pro on annual billing.

## Fathom

Fathom works on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams on Mac and Windows. Its newer bot-free experience is Mac only, and its iOS app records in-person meetings. Webex is not listed.

Best for: Mac users on Zoom, Meet or Teams who want a bot-free path, plus an iPhone app for in-person calls.

Pricing: Free; Premium $16 annual ($20 monthly); Team $15 ($19, two-user minimum); Business $25 ($34); Enterprise through sales. Fathom's Team plan matches Circleback Pro at $15 on annual billing.

## Granola

Granola captures device audio without a bot. It has desktop, iOS, Android and Apple Watch apps. Its pricing page does not name Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Webex, so check that page against your calls.

Best for: people who never want a bot in the room and want capture on desktop, phone and watch.

Pricing: Basic $0 with 30-day history; Business $14 per user per month, billed monthly; Enterprise $35.

## Otter.ai

Otter.ai joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, and it has iOS and Android apps. Webex and a bot-free option are not listed on its pricing page.

Best for: anyone who wants the lowest paid entry price, or a free plan to try first.

Pricing: Basic is free with 300 minutes per month; Pro is $8.33 annual ($16.99 monthly); Business $19.99 annual ($30 monthly); Enterprise is custom. Otter.ai Pro is the cheapest paid plan in this comparison.

## tl;dv

tl;dv works with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams and lists 30+ languages. Webex, a bot-free option and a mobile app are not listed on its homepage.

Best for: teams on the three main platforms.

Pricing: Free; Pro $18 annual ($29 monthly); Business $29 ($39); Enterprise custom.

## Bot or no bot

A bot joins the call as a named participant. It can record even if you are late. Everyone sees it, which some clients and interviewees dislike.

Bot-free recording captures audio on your own computer. Nobody else sees a participant appear. It needs the desktop app installed, and it records only the machine it runs on. Circleback runs it on macOS and Windows. Fathom's version is Mac only.

In-person meetings have no video call to join, so they need a phone or watch recording. Circleback, Granola, Fathom, Fireflies.ai and Otter.ai list phone apps. Circleback and Granola list Apple Watch.

Pick the method per meeting. A tool that offers all three lets you do that without switching products.

## FAQ

### Which AI notetakers work across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex?

Circleback names all four for its bot. Fireflies.ai, Fathom, Otter.ai and tl;dv list Zoom, Google Meet and Teams, and none of them names Webex in the sources we checked. Fireflies.ai says "10+" platforms without naming the rest. Granola's pricing page names none of the four.

### Which AI tools transcribe Zoom meetings automatically?

Circleback, Fireflies.ai, Fathom, Otter.ai and tl;dv all list Zoom. A bot joins the call and transcribes it without you pressing record. Circleback, Fireflies.ai (Chrome extension) and Fathom (Mac) also offer bot-free options, and Granola captures device audio with no bot.

### Which tool has the lowest price?

On annual billing, Otter.ai Pro at $8.33 is lowest, then Fireflies.ai Pro at $10, then Fathom Team and Circleback Pro at $15 each, and tl;dv Pro at $18. Granola Business is $14 per user per month, billed monthly (annual billing is on Enterprise only). Free plans exist at Circleback, Fireflies.ai, Fathom, Otter.ai, Granola and tl;dv. Prices are list prices per user per month as of October 2026.

### Does bot-free recording keep speaker labels?

In Circleback it does. Bot-free recordings keep full speaker labels, and the same holds for every recording method. The other vendors' sources we checked do not say, so ask them before you rely on it.
