comparenotetakers.com publishes neutral side by side comparisons of AI notetakers. These are the rules every post follows.

**One question per post.** Each comparison answers one buyer question, and its columns are chosen to answer that question. The [methodology page](/methodology) explains the comparison grid.

**First party sources only.** Figures come from the vendor's own pricing pages, help centers, documentation, security pages and changelogs. Third party summaries are not cited as evidence.

**Report what the page says.** If a vendor's page does not state something, the table says it is not listed. If two of a vendor's pages disagree, the post says so and cites both.

**Plain, careful wording.** Posts say a tool was reviewed or compared against its documentation. Vendor wording is quoted directly where the exact phrasing matters, such as a data training statement.

**Written verdicts, no scores.** Picks are written per use case. There are no point scores, star ratings or aggregate scores.

**Vendor input.** Vendors can point out a change by sending a link to a public page that documents it.

**Money.** The site carries no ads. Ownership is covered on the [About page](/about).

**Dates.** Every post shows its Updated date, and pricing and plan limits are rechecked when a vendor changes them, and at least every 90 days.
